Love that they put chedar cheese on their burgers
Employees were putting whipped cream nozzles directly on each other to have a "whipped cream fight" of some sort, running around the kitchen and behind the counter. Unsanitary. Food was okay. Didn't buy ice cream after seeing the whipped cream incident.
Good food and friendly service. There's a play area which is great if you have kids. The restaurant itself seems a little old and dated, which is my only complaint. The staff was very polite and my order was correct, so it was a positive experience.
Fish was dry and tasteless. Fries and fry sauce was good. Ice cream products are why to go.
My family and I have been going to this artic circle for years and have always loved it, but in the last few years things have really changed. Every time we go they mess up at least one thing on our order. They have left food that we paid for out and almost always give us the wrong flavor of shake tonight we went and ordered a mint Oreo shake and they gave us a Oreo and pumpkin spice shake. We have called and complained a few time and were met with nothing but a bad attitude.
