Tonight the pizza we ordered was absolutely excellent. My compliments to the chef.
The online ordering process is a snap. The pizza is great. But this location is really rough for customer service. They don't always update the pizza tracker online so you're never quite sure when your order is ready. By the way, there may have been only once in the many times I've gone there that my order was ready. The employees are running around like crazy in the back while customers wait in the front. Just this last Friday the employee working the register told me to wait while he proceeded to put order stickers on a bunch of boxes. I get it, they're busy. But they need to address customer service.
Our orders are always just as we placed them and are delivered in a timely manner. All employees we’ve interacted with have been friendly, informative and efficient!
Horrible service. Waited on hold for over 20 minutes and no answer so we decided to go in and the wait was 45 minutes. She claimed to be answering the phone left and right and that they were slammed but we were in there for at least 15 minutes ordering and we did not hear the phone ring one time. Came back and still waited another 20 minutes for pizza after we waited the full 45 and witnessed the phone continuously ringing while she sat there on the monitor doing something for another customer. Overall staff was very slow did not care about people‘s needs and I’m very angry
We love our local store. Ordering online is a breeze. The food is delivered promptly. The food is always what I ordered and always good.
I’m giving three stars because every time I order the food is good and correct. There was a time I ordered a pasta in bread and the bread wasn’t cooked all the way through and I got a mouth full of gooy dough. But today I was pretty upset. I’m busy cleaning and I took 10 min to order online for delivery so we could just have a quick lunch. I did two build your own pastas and was excited to eat something after I had been busy all morning. I get a call almost 30 min later letting me know they weren’t doing delivery that they didn’t have drivers and that I could Time my order for 5pm tonight. I understand stuff happens etc etc etc but you either need to hire more drivers or drive it here yourself. I’m very kind to all the drivers and I tip more than 20%. In my line of work I also work for tips. I know how it is. I just feel they need to have better service if they’re gonna get service from me. Don’t call me almost 30 min after I’ve put my order in and tell me you can’t deliver my order call me as soon as you get the order and let me know.
