Great place to go grocery shopping, the staff there are very willing to help you find whatever you need. Very large selection of foods, they have top brands. They have a fantastic bakery with very good pricing, they have great deals everyday on a variety of things. The lines to check out flow very well, the staff will even help you take your items that you have purchased out to your car for you. The people at the pharmacy are very friendly as well but it can take a while to get what you need.
Pretty standard grocery store. Their prices, in general, are a little higher than the two closest stores. They have pretty famous doughnuts that are better than your average grocery store bakery doughnuts. It's nice that it's locally owned. They have a little more variety of products than the Smith's that is just a little ways away. They also have tiny shopping carts so that your little kid "helpers" can shop with you, which helps keep them busy, and makes the trip more fun.
The people who work here are generally nice, and are usually available to answer any questions. This is a hometown grocery store. It has mainly groceries, with the occasional decoration. It is closed on Sundays, which is a plus for me. Renovated not that long ago, curb appeal is much better now. Doughnuts go half price after 7 every day. Get there early to get the best selection. The bakery does customized cakes.
Best mom & pop store still hanging in there. Prices seem a tiny bit high, but specials and sales make up for it in a grand way!! Friendly personnel from top to bottom, not even sure there is a 'bottom' on their staff- they are all happy and very nice!
The bakery is the true reason to come to Bowman's Market. Imagine a Saturday morning rush for donuts at a donut store multiplied by 10. That's what it's like here because their baked goods are so tasty. Clean store. Grocery prices are on the higher end. Service is good. You must try a donut - they do not disappoint.
